we lost...
Okay, we lost to UCLA last saturday, 13-9. We lost after seven straight winning streaks against them. It was painful to watch on tv. Our team kept on making mistakes. I mean, they had like 4 false-starts and we didn't have that much 1st downs because we were always penalized! They didn't look like the team that beat Notre Dame the previous week. Now we're out of the championship game and they're saying that there's a curse in the Rose Bowl 'cos we kept on losing there (championship last January and now). Well, let's see if there is a curse. We'll be playing Michigan for the Rose Bowl title and if we lose, maybe there is such a thing as a curse.
I know why we lost, because the pep rally for the game sucked! The Fray wasn't that good. They only have 2 good songs, Over My Head and How to Save a Life, that's it! The rest of their songs suck, big time! I was ready to leave the concert after their second song but it was too crowded so I stayed. My friend didn't like them either. He said they suck ass, which is true. They were too depressing and I don't even understand what the lead singer was singing about. He kept on eating the microphone so I couldn't hear the words to the songs. I like emo music but they are wayyyyyy emo. C'mon, get over it and stop moping and writing songs about it. Next time they're feeling emotional, they should step away from any instrument. Last year was much better with Jimmy Eat World!
In 7 days, I will be in Hawaii! At last, vacation time! It is long overdue, I'm all burned out. These past days, I was sleeping at 4 in the morning finishing up my papers, presentations, proposal and homeworks. Can't wait for my finals to be over.
